"AA Advantage Doors was excellent! The technician, Omer, came right on time and called me 15 minutes before arrival to confirm. He had a quick look and showed me that my spring broke, which I didn't know. The gear in my door opener was stripped, which I did know, and a bracket on the door was broken and I knew that too. Anyway, the broken spring explains a lot - the door opener was clearly struggling to lift the door, hence the stripped gear. Anyway, Omer was polite, professional, efficient, and gave me an exact quote before he started work, which is exactly what he invoiced me for.
