Overview

Real Wood Grain, Zero Upkeep

The 1090 Overlay gives your home the rich, carriage-house character of a wood door without any of the work. A PVC overlay with a real wood grain texture sits on top of an insulated steel door, so there is no painting, no peeling, and no warping, season after season in London, Ontario.

Underneath is a 3-layer steel sandwich: a 26 gauge hot dipped galvanized steel skin, CFC-free polyurethane foam rated R-17.68, and a steel backer panel. A polypropylene thermal break between sections keeps the cold out, and the door is Class 3 wind rated. Choose from eleven colours, add windows if you like, and fit it to almost any opener. Every door carries a 5-year limited warranty on sections, hardware, springs, and glass.
